Order Form
To order online, simply enter the amount you wish you spend *on the flowers*, provide the billing information, fill out the delivery information and submit the form.
Please fill out the form completely to insure that we fill your order correctly and promptly.
Your order must be received by 10:00am CST to provide same day delivery (except for holidays, in which case, call the shop for delivery times). Also, please call to confirm we received your order no later than 11:30am.
We deliver Monday through Saturday during our normal hours. Delivery fee is $8.50. If the order is for an area outside of Accent's delivery area, a service charge of $4.50 is applicable. Orders under $30.00, orders that need to be delivered by a certain time, and other types of special deliveries, may be subject to additional delivery charges.
Every effort will be made to fill your requests, however substitutions may be necessary based on availability and/or quality of product.

Your Cost
This chart lists the total amount of your purchase to be charged to your credit card. You will find your cost to the right of the arrangement price, including delivery, service charge, and sales tax.
A delivery fee of $8.50 is in addition to the
arrangement price. If the order is for delivery to an area outside of
Accent Flower's delivery area, a service charge of $4.50 is also applicable.
Orders under $30.00, timed deliveries, and other types of special deliveries may
be
subject to additional charges.
Tennessee sales tax of 9.25% is added to the total price.
Special
Note: Arrangement
pricing increases and delivery times may be restricted during the holidays
(such as Valentine's, Mother's Day,
and Christmas).
